Breathworks is a powerful therapeutic practice that involves a guided meditation with the focus on rhythmic breathing techniques. These are practised in a conscious way, listening to music whilst lying down. During the session you will intentionally change your breathing pattern and through the deep breathing techniques, begin to calm and slow down the emotional turbulence in your mind. Studies have shown that Breathworks can help treat depression, anxiety and PTSD. Because it helps release ‘trapped’ emotions and free them from our bodies, regular sessions of Breathworks can help bring about a major transformation in mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
