MONDAYS - Wake up Feel Positive
Start your morning with this meditation to help you energise, set an intention for the day and find peace and positivity before your busy day.
TUESDAYS - Walking Lunch time Meditation
Grab some sunlight and get out of the house or office. Where we would automatically just walk without noticing our surrounds, in this meditation you will learn to notice what you see, smell and experience more along the way. You will need to get your jacket and shoes and be ready for this mindful guided walking mediation, in your park, or round the block. Leaving you feeling refreshed and energised.
WEDNESDAYS - Decompress your Mind
It’s that time of the day where we need to rest our busy minds, in this guided meditation, a system reset, it will help to create more mental space, clarity and relaxation so you can go back to work feeling calmer and more productive.
THURSDAYS - Body Scan Meditation
During this meditation you will focus on sensations in your body, notice how each body part feels, from your toes up through your legs, chest, arms and head, leaving you feeling softer and peaceful.
FRIDAYS - Restorative Meditation
Get ready to end your day after all your jobs and be guided into deep relaxation to help you move past the spinning movement of your mind into a deeper dimension our being.
