All our workshops are available both as Zoom webinars, for your staff working from home, and in person at your office, when it’s time to come back!

We all know that poor posture is a health hazard, but it’s so easy to get ‘locked’ into one position when you’re concentrating on something else. But stay like that for more than 4 hours a day (which is easier than you’d think!), and it takes a toll on your spine, creating pain and stress, bad digestion, tight necks and locked hips, fuzzy minds and headaches.

 

We can show your staff simple stretches that take minutes to carry out. They can use them at their desk throughout the working day to stay correctly aligned, comfortable and pain-free.

Our team really enjoyed our Chair Yoga session. We all commented on how even though we were busy with our work, we were really pleased we had put that time aside for ourselves. Our instructor demonstrated and explained the moves perfectly, and has given us simple exercises that we can do in the middle of a day of sitting to realign our posture and stretch out. The breathwork was amazing and incredibly relaxing. We recommend!
