Around 1 in every 8 men in England have a common mental health problem, there are ways to support your mental health through your dietary and lifestyle choices. In this webinar Clarissa (link to about page to where her profile is ) will discuss what we eat and drink affects how we think, feel and behave.

It is necessary for individuals to understand the relationship between mental health and diet so they can make informed choices and raise awareness of the potential for poor nutrition to be a factor in stimulating or maintaining poor mental health. Clarissa will also be talking about the essential nutrients, and fats that men usually miss out and how best to eat for exercise and training.
