The Vital Touch are offering virtual 1-2-1 physiotherapy sessions for staff working from home. Vinay our in- house therapist will carry out your individualised physiotherapy programme for your particular needs.

Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive programme of rehabilitation with attention to detail, considering factors beyond the injury itself that impacts on your recovery, such as sleep, diet, work/lifestyle choices and more.

Initial consultation

Inclusive of a subjective assessment and history taking, guided objective assessment and initiation of treatment/management plan (guided exercises, advice/education, onward referral etc as appropriate).

Follow up consultation

Includes a review of injury status, one-to-one guided progression/review of exercises, progression of treatment plan as necessary

VINAY

Vinay has 8 years of clinical experience from elite sports, private clinics and the public sector, he understands that rehabilitation goes far beyond a sheet of daily exercise’s and has to be tailored to the needs and lifestyle of the individual, whether that be returning to the playing field or simply being able to do the weekly shop comfortably.

Vinay graduated from King's College London in 2012 and has since gone on to work in elite sports with Leicester City Football Club in addition to gaining some further experience as lead physiotherapist for Oaklands Academy basketball, rugby and netball teams. He has also gained extensive clinical experience across the public sector and privately, specialising in post -operative rehabilitation, sports injuries and tendon injury management.

Vinay is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
