My name is Widy and I’m a qualified personal trainer and life coach with a passion for both psychology and fitness.

I help beginners build their confidence in the gym and kick start their fitness journey, but also to loose fat and get toned up!

I believe in a holistic style of well-being which includes fitness, nutrition, good sleeping habits and positive daily routines. I therefore provide a well rounded service to my clients based on fitness coaching, lifestyle advice, nutritional guidance and tips and tricks to improve their overall heath!

Most importantly, training for me equals to FUN, so I’ll make sure my clients have the best time during their workouts!
