Classes have been carefully selected to create the perfect balance for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for your working days/week.
We advise to begin the day, a 45 min HITT class to get you alert and focussed , a quick 30 min, lunchtime stretch or meditation class, and to end your day, a well deserved restorative yoga class.
