TIBOR
HIIT, BOOT CAMP, TABATA
Growing up on a steady diet of a Jean Claude Van Damme movies, I knew that my first entry into the world of health and fitness had to be through martial arts. I began training and competing in martial arts when I was 17 years old along with my first attempts at weight training.
Fast forward in 2011 after coming to London, I decided to qualify as Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Throughout the past few years I broadened my knowledge and qualification to include: Lower Back Pain Management, Grit, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, Conditioning, Water Fitness.
I believe exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life as it has the power to transform body and mind. Helping people around makes me happy. I have a passion for supporting and advising people in achieving their own individual health and fitness goals. I always try to provide verity during my PT sessions and classes, challenging the muscles and cardiovascular system while driving the focus onto the quality and technique ensuring each movement serves purpose to maximise the workout efforts.
