YOGA, CHAIR YOGA, PILATES & MEDITATION & WORKSHOPS ON ‘POSTURE AT YOUR DESK’

In July 2018 Lynn graduated from ‘SEAD - Salzburg Experimental academy of dance’(Austria) where she also started her path in yoga, in 2017 she completed her first Teacher Training Course at ‘A 1000 yoga academy’.

Coming from a background of contemporary dance, Lynn is exploring the physical body as an individual and its connection to the mind through her entire life, believing in a moving meditation as the key to happiness.

Through her movement exploration and after experiencing different injuries, she started to look into different ways of keeping the body healthy inside and out, and discover the desire to help other achieve living comfortably inside their own bodies.

Today she teaches different classes and workshops such as Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Guided meditation, Pilates and posture and ergonomic webinars, as well as working with private client providing a full personalised program and supporting their transition to a healthier physical approach, like improving their posture while standing, sitting on their chair and exercising.
