YOGA

Yoga is my life, and I am passionate about teaching yoga, sharing this wonderful practice with anyone.

From my life experiences and long time work as a yoga teacher, I believe that we can all find a way to a more fulfilling life and greater freedom through yoga.

Since a young age, I’ve been drawn to meditation, looking for ‘inner happiness and calm’. When I stumbled into my first Ashtanga Yoga class the pieces came together, and since then, I walk the yogic path.

I am a level 2 authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher and have been sharing this practice for over 20 years.

I lived in Mysore, India, for a year to study with my teachers Sharath Jois and his grandfather Patthabi Jois. After that, I regularly returned to Mysore to continue my studies.

I am also trained as a Yoga Therapist, recognised by C-IAYT and CNHC. I’m registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) with Yoga Alliance UK. And I have a MA from SOAS University London in the ‘Traditions of Meditations and Yoga’.

My classes are dynamic and strong, and my aim is for students to connect to their intuition, find clarity and increase their resilience to live a fuller life.
